Mark Bushnell

Mark is a retired NOAA physical oceanographer and oceanographic consultant who serves as the National Coordinator for the U.S. IOOS QARTOD project; is a charter member of the UNESCO/IOC Ocean Best Practice System steering group; supports the Old Dominion University HF radar surface current mapping effort; and is the exclusive U.S. agent for Datawell B.V., a manufacturer of the Waverider buoy.
